For curious learners

Psychology, without a syllabus.

Short, visual, story-driven explorations of what makes us tick — for anyone who never took a psych class but always wondered.

What The Psychology Notebook is

A growing library of visual psychology resources — flashcards, editable lessons, story-based YouTube videos, and free study guides — all built around one idea: psychology should be understood, not just memorized.

My story

I'm Desiree Clemons, M.A. I teach college-level psychology and got tired of watching brilliant students bounce off dense textbooks. The Psychology Notebook is the resource I wish I'd had when I first fell in love with the field — and the one I now build for the students, teachers, and curious minds I meet every semester.
